Cofounder for commercial ownership (Co-Founder Position)

About this role

As my strategic partner and co-founder, your mission is to turn our technical vision into a scalable, revenue-generating engine. You will lead the "Go-to-Market" strategy, driving B2B sales to organizations while managing the operational excellence that keeps our customers satisfied and our churn low.  

Your Core Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution: Build the B2B sales pipeline, targeting Mid-Market (51–250 employees) and Enterprise (251+) firms where compliance with new transparency laws is urgent.  

Partnership Development: Negotiate and secure high-level partnerships with unions (e.g., Djøf, IDA), HR-tech providers, and DEI-focused organizations.  

Growth Operations: Design and oversee our subscription-based revenue model (MRR) and track performance metrics to ensure we hit our goal of 25,000–40,000 users within 24 months.  

Customer Success: Balance aggressive sales targets with high customer satisfaction by ensuring our "Sally-Approved" methodology delivers measurable financial wins for users.  

Strategic Scaling: Assist in fundraising efforts and lead the operational rollout as we expand from Denmark into the UK and broader EU markets.  

Who You Are

Experienced Entrepreneur: You have a proven track record of growing and scaling a startup, ideally in the SaaS or HR-tech space.  

Sales Powerhouse: You know how to move from a "cold" lead to a signed Enterprise contract. You understand the nuances of selling value rather than just features.  

Strategic Thinker: You don't just see a sale; you see a market shift. You can leverage behavioral science and regulatory changes (like the EU Directive) to create urgency.  

Mission-Driven: You are passionate about closing the gender pay gap and believe that technology is the ultimate lever for social equity.  

Expert Communicator: You can pitch to a Board of Directors as comfortably as you can mentor an individual user.
