Senior Product Manager (Co-Founder Position)

About the role:

We Are Seeking A Senior Product Manager To Lead Product Strategy, Development, And Market Fit, Ensuring A Seamless User Experience While Bridging Blockchain Technology With Mainstream Adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define And Execute The Product Roadmap, Aligning With Business Goals And User Needs.
• Web 3.0 & Blockchain Integration: Ensure Seamless Integration Of Utility Tokens, Equity Tokens, Staking And Decentralized Finance (DeFi).
• User-Centric Development: Conduct User Research, Competitor Analysis And Market Validation To Optimize Product-Market Fit.
• Agile Execution: Work Closely With Engineering, Design And Marketing Teams To Ship High-Quality Features Efficiently.
• Token & Revenue Model: Shape The Token Utility, Governance Mechanics And Monetization Strategy To Ensure Long-Term Viability.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use Kpis, Analytics, And User Feedback To Iterate And Improve The Product.
• Fundraising & Investor Support: Assist In Pitching To Investors, Articulating Product Strategy And Blockchain Adoption Potential.

Requirements:

• Product Management Experience: 5+ Years In Product Management, Ideally Within Blockchain, Fintech Or Entertainment Tech.
• Web3 & Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity With Tokenized Assets, Staking, DAOs And DeFi.
• Strong Technical Understanding: Ability To Collaborate With Engineers On Smart Contract Development, Layer 2 Scaling And Web 3.0 UX.
• Go-To-Market Expertise: Experience Launching Consumer-Facing Digital Products, Ideally In Media, Gaming Or Creator Platforms.
• Agile & Lean Startup Mindset: Experience Working In Fast-Paced, Early-Stage Environments With Limited Resources.
• User & Data-Driven: Ability To Leverage Market Research, Analytics And A/B Testing To Inform Product Decisions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Ability To Translate Complex Blockchain Concepts Into User-Friendly Experiences.

Nice To Have:

• Experience In NFTs, Tokenized IP Or Digital Collectibles
• Previous Startup, Web 3.0 Or Entertainment Industry Experience
• Understanding Of Regulatory Frameworks For Tokenized Assets (SEC, MICA, etcetera)
